Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Glipsy. If something isn't working for you, please email support@glipsy.com and we'll make it right.

Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and you've used less than your plan's monthly allowance, email us and we'll issue a prorated refund of the unused portion. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Usage-based charges

Charges for usage above your plan's allowance are not automatically refundable, because the underlying speech provider has already been billed for that usage. If you believe an overage charge is the result of a bug or unauthorized access, contact support and we will investigate.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please reach out to us before opening a chargeback — most issues are quick to resolve directly.
